Our Story



​​​​​​​   With more than 7 years in business, we have been providing quantity takeoff and estimating services for civil, architectural, and structural trades on a wide range of project types. We are a small knit team and our principals have a collective experience of over 22 years working for small businesses to multinational companies and have worked on projects at different stages of preconstruction. We understand the requirements and the level of detail required at every design milestone and can assist you at different stages of preconstruction.
Our goal is to be an extension of your team, and provide reliable and accurate deliverables for the tasks, and projects you have entrusted us to assist with. Our core values of Collaboration, Reliability, and Accuracy is what defines us and sets us apart.

Frequently Asked Questions

We are capable of doing quantity takeoffs for all architectural, structural, and civil trades.

We do a pilot project with you to understand your requirements and how you typically like to see the takeoff, assemblies, and material lists. Once we are aligned on your requirements and format, we provide all our project deliverables in the agreed format. Our typical deliverables include – Summary of quantities, materials, assemblies, takeoff backups, OST takeoff pages for your reference, and any clarifications and assumptions.

Typical duration to complete takeoffs, estimates would depend on the project size, and your specific requirements. We provide a timeline on our deliverables and follow through this until we send you your required deliverables.

We start with reviewing all the documents available, identify missing documents, and send your RFIs for missing information. Missing information is communicated to you within 4 days of us receiving the documents. We also provide a detail list of clarifications and assumptions for every task/project which would help you understand our assumptions as we fill any information gaps on the documents.

Our fees would vary from project to project and your requirements. Please reach out to us for more information regarding this.

We conduct overlays on all drawings and create change logs to identify changes in documents. These changes are communicated to you before we start quantifying them.
